These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at accesstravelsolutions.com (the "Site"), operated by Access Travel Solutions LLC ("Access Travel Solutions," "we," "us," or "our"). Access Travel Solutions is an independent travel-news publisher and a flight-comparison guide. We are not a travel agency, a tour operator, or an airline, and we do not sell, issue, or fulfill travel products of any kind. Our flight search is a metasearch interface that helps you compare fares offered by third parties and directs you to those third parties to book. We do not handle payments, issue tickets, or enter into any travel contract with you.
Flight results, prices, availability, fare rules, and booking are provided and controlled by third-party airlines, online travel agencies, and a flight metasearch engine — not by us. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or pricing of any result, and prices may change between search and purchase. Any booking you make is a contract solely between you and the relevant airline or agency, subject to their terms and conditions. We are not responsible or liable for those third parties, their websites, their products, or any aspect of your booking, travel, or experience with them.
Our articles and guides — including content on destinations, flight deals, visas and entry requirements, travel insurance, and similar topics — are provided for general informational purposes only. They are not legal, financial, insurance, medical, or immigration advice, and entry rules, fares, and product terms change frequently. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
